Introduction:The company is primarily engaged in the wholesale trade of electronic components. It has the largest electronic components warehouse in Europe. The Distribution Logistics Centre in Venlo supplies products to more than 35,000 customers throughout Europe. More than 5,000 parcels per day find its way to customers served in European and other countries worldwide. It was incorporated in 1997. The company has a registered office located in Venlo, Netherlands.<br>The DLC Venlo is equipped with the latest technology that includes semi-automatic wireless picking systems, microprocessor-controlled conveyor belts (with a total length of 45 kilometers), automatic high bay pallet storage and a total goods storage area of 51,000 square meters. This unique set up, combined with ISO certified processes and well trained staff enables the company to fulfill customer orders within short lead times and at unrivaled quality levels. With a capacity of more than 450,000 bin locations, the company provides ample room for storage of a large variety of components, from full pallet sized articles to scale counted small items.<br>The company chooses to locate its main Central European warehouse in Venlo, the Netherlands, because of the excellent connections to its customer base in Europe. Multiple airports, a barge terminal and excellent motorway-connections guarantee the DLC's capacity of meeting the ever growing demand for on time distribution. As a result of its determination to set new standards in the market, the DLC is the landmark for supply chain solutions in the electronic components distribution industry.
