Introduction:This company is engaged in the import and export of authentic oriental foods and commodities. It was set up in 1991 by Damon Chu. Its registered business office is located in City of Industry, California. The company aims to provide high quality service and introduce new food products and supplies, not only to the Asian community but also the wide range of U.S. markets. It owns patents on leading brands, including Riceme (rice), Maplewood (dry goods), Master Chef (frozen products), Fat Boy (ingredients), Shin-Mai (spices), Chu-Jian (beverages), Maru-Kyo (pickles), and To-Go (packaging products). Also, the company is the exclusive distributor of Heinz (ketchup), Emperor Rice (rice), Cha-Bon-Bon (cooking wine) and USC Salt (salt) and the master distributor of Hunts (pork and beans), AA (rice), Linchen (cooking wine) and Golden Stay (vinegar). In addition, the company has established its Japanese division Maru-Kyo in June of 2007 to provide authentic and high-quality Japanese products, such as sushi, tempura, teriyaki and other products to the wide of range U.S. markets. It also imports hundreds of selected favorite brands direct from Japan. These include Ajinomoto (seasoning), Mizkan (condiments) and Yamasa Japanese seasoning sauce. In an effort to meet more customer needs, and with a solid foundation and first hand expertise in the food industry, the company also strives not only to promote Asian products in the U.S. markets, but also to introduce U.S. products to the Asian community. It is a board member of the Chinese Food Association and the only Asian member of the US Rice Federation.
