Introduction:This privately owned company, which is based in Nyrsko, Czech Republic, was established in May 1992 as a result of the first wave of coupon privatization. It is primarily engaged in the processing of plastic materials for pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Its products include gallipots, plaster products, laboratory bottles and tubes, big bottles, cosmetic bottles, cosmetic pots, small bottles, pharmacy closures and enclosures, closures and enclosures for small glass bottles, and standard closures and enclosures.<br>Besides plastic materials, the company also produces mouldings for world-renowned producers in the electric and automobile industries as well as develops and manufactures injection moulds for optical products. It can initiate the complete preparation and production of new products on the basis of provided samples, drawings or sketches as well as being able to make its own injection instruments.<br>In the optical industry, the company offers traditional optical frames and goggles. It produces frames by employing several technological procedures. Plastic glasses are produced either by injecting polypropionate into moulds and surface finishing so that end-users get the final appearance of the glasses, or by shaping sheets of cellulose acetate. Metal glasses are very stylish. These are galvanized, painted, covered with foil or manually painted.<br>In addition, the company produces Connex, Svar and Infrazor protective face shields and aid which can be used during wood, metal and plastics machining and working, while driving motorcars, in agriculture, while working in stone quarries, in the army, during welding, metal soldering and flame metal cutting.<br>At Nyrsko, the company makes use of advanced processing technologies as well as surface finishing (painting, tamporint and screen process printing). Owing to these, it is able to meet the demanding requirements of customers in the optical and other industries. Its quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2000 international quality standard.
