Located in Eastern Europe, Ukraine exported goods worth approximately US$42.3 billion to international markets in 2025.
Compared with 2021, when exports totaled $68.1 billion, this reflects a decline of 37.8%. However, on a year-over-year basis, the value of Ukraine's export trade increased by 4.7% from $40.4 billion in 2024.

Among the strongest-performing sectors, ores, slag, and ash recorded the fastest growth, increasing by 57.3% compared to 2024. Oil seeds rose by 19.2%, while meat exports increased by 18%.
Meanwhile, electrical machinery and equipment experienced a 7.6% decline year over year.
