Global exports of almonds, including both shelled and in-shell varieties, reached US$9.2 billion in 2025.
Compared with US$7 billion in 2021, worldwide almond exports expanded by 30.8% over the past five years. The market also recorded strong year-over-year growth, with export value climbing 20.8% from US$7.6 billion in 2024.
The global almond export market remains highly concentrated. The United States, Australia, Spain, Türkiye, and the Netherlands were the five largest exporters in 2025, together supplying 90.5% of total worldwide almond exports by value.

North America continued to dominate the global almond trade, driven primarily by the United States. Exporters in the region shipped almonds worth US$6.1 billion, accounting for 66.3% of total global exports.
