On August 24, 2022, Tendata was invited to participate in the inaugural Shanghai Industrial Productive Service "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" Enterprise Digitalization Enhancement Advanced Training Program, organized by the Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprise Development Service Center under the guidance of the Shanghai Economic Information Committee.

These enterprises are focused on niche markets, possess strong innovative capabilities, high market shares, mastery of key core technologies, and superior quality and efficiency. This training program aims to provide precise services for the digital transformation and upgrading of "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" enterprises, addressing the needs of small and medium enterprises in the industrial productive service sector.

Dr. Zhao Guangjun, a researcher from Shanghai, delivered a special report on "Small and Medium Enterprises in the Industrial Productive Service Sector." He introduced the 14th Five-Year Plan for the industrial development of Shanghai, explaining the overall requirements, key areas of development, spatial layout, main tasks, and safeguard measures of the plan. He pointed out the significant importance of the coordinated spatial layout of the three major categories and ten key areas of the industrial productive service sector with the 3+6 key industries, as well as their main tasks. The key areas of the industrial productive service sector should transition from international "following" to "synchronizing" and "leading" the key industries, aiming to construct world-class industrial communities, provide supporting services, and play a role in boosting and leading the industry.

Director Zhao focused on "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" enterprises and presented the development situation of these enterprises in our city. He also introduced the measures taken by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the gradient cultivation and management of innovative small and medium enterprises, "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" small and medium enterprises, and "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" "Little Giants." In addition, he explained the national, Shanghai, and district-level supportive policies, particularly regarding the interpretation of various indicators for gradient cultivation, including the "Professional, Precise, Innovative, Distinctive" enterprises in the three levels. Furthermore, he provided on-site guidance on matters to be noted during the application and review process for enterprises.
